If you are a tenant (non-owner) or a non-resident and haven't purchased a sticker with Harwich before, you will have the option on the next page.



There is a convenience charge of 4.5% or $1.50, whichever is greater. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Your credit card will not be charged until your transaction has been approved and processed by the Town.

ALL PURCHASES REQUIRE A VALID LEGIBLE REGISTRATION. Additional documentation required as follows:

Property Owners and Spouses Valid vehicle registration w/Harwich address
Dependent Children (under 19 or under 23 with college ID) Valid vehicle registration w/Harwich address Driver's license showing Harwich address and college ID (if applicable)
Renters Proof of residency, such as a lease or at least 3 months of a utility bill in your name
The property is held in a trust Copy of the trust pages showing the property address and names of trustees (only named trustees are eligible for permits)
Leased vehicle Copy of lease or monthly statement
FOR NON-RESIDENT PERMITS: Only a valid vehicle registration is required

Any transactions missing required documents will be denied, and an email sent explaining the denial, so that you may resubmit. Your credit card will not be charged until your transaction has been aproved and processed by the Town
